If you are a DIY Installer, with our step-by-step user manual you will be able to install the door lock. But we recommend you hire a carpenter who has installed door locks. It should take up to 30 minutes to install our products.
Neo is covered under 1-year FREE warranty. During this time, any door lock with manufacturing defects will be troubleshooted, repaired or replaced FREE of cost. Each product package has a unique Product ID which can be used to claim warranty.
You will be notified in-app and with push notifications when your battery life drops below 15%. But, if you forget to change the batteries, you can always jumpstart the door lock by plugging in the Micro USB located at the bottom of the lock using a USB cable to a power bank or laptop. Since Luxe uses 8 AA batteries, these are also readily available in all hardware or departmental stores near you
