Shipping Policy

Once the order is placed by the customer, and order confirmation email is automatically sent to the customer’s registered contact details. The shipment gets ready to dispatch in 2-3days of time. Once the shipment is dispatched, the delivery takes 5-7days based on the customer’s registered location.

 

Smartfive uses reputed 3rd party shipping partners. The shipping information is shared with the customer with tracking details. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their emails for updates on the delivery status, and/or schedule a delivery with the shipping carrier if they will not be available to receive the shipment. 

 

Smartfive is not responsible for any delay, but not limited to, change of shipping address, customer delay, incomplete or inaccurate shipping and/or contact information provided at the point of purchase, distant addresses, remote delivery address, remote pickup address, failed and/or returned shipments.

 

Smartfive reserves the right to cancel shipment and henceforth the order. Customers have to ensure that they are contactable via the contact information provided when they made the purchase.

Returns, exchange and refund Policy

Should there be a change of mind regarding the product, customers will have to contact us by emailing at customercare@smartfive.shop and return the product within 7 calendar days of receipt of goods, to cancel the order or to raise the request for returning or exchange of product.

To be eligible for a return, products must be undamaged and returned with the original packaging, documentation and accessories. 

If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.

Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation requests can be made with our customer care executive via email customercare@smartfive.shop before the product is shipped. After shipping of the products, customer need to wait for the delivery of the shipment and raise the request for returning the products.
